Department: HR - Global Talent Acquisition
Location: On site, Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3)
Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 or 40 hours)
Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English), both spoken and written.
The Role
As a Global Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in driving the recruitment process for our global teams across North America, with a focus on Canada. Your primary objective will be to attract and retain top talent by developing and executing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the job market. You'll be instrumental in identifying and securing the right talent to meet the organization’s needs for our teams such as Accounting, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate and many more.
