Talend Technical Lead


Role Summary

The Talend Technical Lead will architect and deliver enterprise-grade Talend solutions across data integration, data quality, and big data environments within Cloudera and hybrid cloud platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design of Talend DI, Talend Big Data, Talend Data Quality solutions.
  • Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Studio.
  • Implement CDC, API integrations, and real-time data ingestion.
  • Design and deploy Talend jobs on Cloudera/Hadoop environments.
  • Optimize Talend jobs for performance and scalability.
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor Talend developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
