Qualifications:
U.S. citizen. Spanish language proficiency at FSI level 3. English language proficiency at FSI level 4. Bachelor's degree, or associate degree with 10 years' experience as defined below. Minimum ten (10) years combined experience in military special operations and/or law enforcement specializing in Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) or equivalent tactical teams, with at least five (5) years' experience directly involved in delivering specialized tactical training to Latin American (Mexico preferred) military/law enforcement partners with at least five (5) years...
