Tableau Solution Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Tableau BI solution architecture, design, and implementation across enterprise projects

• Translate business requirements into scalable data visualization and dashboard solutions

• Design and optimize data models, extracts, and performance tuning in Tableau

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business users and leadership

• Define data visualization standards, governance, and best practices

• Work with data engineers to integrate Tableau with data warehouses, lakes, and ETL pipelines

• Manage Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud :

  • User access & security

  • Data source management

  • Performance monitoring

  • Content governance
