**Introduction**
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (6-8 years) to design, build, and support advanced Power BI dashboards, develop robust ETL pipelines, and enable self-serve analytics for multiple business areas, including Supply Chain, Cost Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Finance, HR, Workforce Planning, and Clinical Operations. This role combines hands-on BI development with strong data engineering skills and the ability to coach analysts and empower business users
