Roles & Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for customers, overseeing the orchestration of all Signature Success deliverables, experiences, renewals, and expansions.
• Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships with the customer?s IT and business leadership, executive sponsors, and key decision-makers within organizations subscribed to Signature Success.
• Partner with customers to achieve their strategic business goals and desired outcomes on the Client platform by:
• Coordinating the delivery of the Signature Success service catalog tailored to each customer?s needs.
• Providing timely and proactive guidance on Client features aligned with customer priorities.
• Advising customers on the adoption of new releases, identifying potential risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.
