TA Scheduler

About the Role

The Turnaround Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing detailed schedules to support the planning and execution of a Turnaround (TA). The ideal candidate brings strong Primavera P6 expertise, hands‑on turnaround or industrial project experience, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with a trades background or engineering/project experience—especially those local to the area—are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with planners, supervisors, contractors, and project teams to gather scope details and ensure accurate activity sequencing.
• Monitor schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
