Our large, FINTECH client is seeking a TA Platform SME (Contract/Hybrid) in Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Goal: Engage an external SME with TA platform experience to confirm the new TA System meets industry standards, delivers key functions, has strong controls, and supports new industry best-practice capabilities.

    • Qualifications

    Must Have - Transfer Agency Experience Function and System Review

  • Conduct detailed walkthroughs of system workflows for core TA functions: transaction processing, account maintenance, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Review system architecture and documentation against current industry regulations
  • Benchmark processes and system features with leading TA platforms.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios based on real-world scenarios and historical issues encountered in previous TA platform implementations.
