Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions (including backend, frontend, analysts, Dynamics, CRM, DevOps, Big Data, ETL, .NET)
• Cooperating with Hiring Managers – providing recruitment advisory, planning recruitment strategies, and participating in meetings and briefings
• Actively sourcing candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods
