What You Bring to the Team:

We are looking for the Steady Hand‑the practitioner who gets it.

• The Toolkit: Proven experience with ASC, SLCN, or SEMH.

• The Language: Proficiency in (or a desire to lead in) Makaton, PECS, or AAC.

• The Mindset: You understand that boundaries and rapport are the keys to every breakthrough.
