T‑SQL Database Developer (7–9 Years) Role Summary We’re looking for a seasoned T‑SQL Database Developer with 7–9 years of hands‑on experience designing, building, and optimizing data solutions on high‑volume transactional systems. The ideal hire brings deep SQL performance‑tuning expertise, strong data‑modelling skills, and practical exposure to banking and/or insurance —covering areas such as payments, core banking, policy administration, claims, risk, or regulatory reporting. Knowledge of Sybase ASE will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Build robust database objects (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers) and performant SQL for OLTP/operational analytics workloads.
