Syteline Consultant Position

Should have worked on multiple ERP implementation and support projects across Manufacturing and Logistics environments using Infor LN, SyteLine, Mongoose, and Factory Track.

Responsibilities

• Customized and configured Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Shop Floor

• Responsible for Mongoose forms, workflows, event actions, and UI extensions

• Support ERP integrations with Factory Track and third-party systems

• Writing and validated SQL queries for ERP data, reporting, and reconciliation

• Troubleshot production issues and performed root-cause analysis

• ERP upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments

• Responsible for requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training

• Post-production hypercare support
