Support operational excellence as an IT Technician Level 2 at SYSTRA Canada. Based in Toronto, you'll provide essential IT support for Microsoft 365 and ensure robust cybersecurity measures.
This permanent contract offers an opportunity to assist around 150 employees while reporting to the Local IT Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass Level-1 and Level-2 IT support, asset management, and ensuring compliance with group cybersecurity policies. Collaboration and effective communications will be key aspects of your role in addressing technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Render Level-1/Level-2 support for Windows and M365
• Manage workstations according to group standards
• Lead daily operational activities and technical planning
