Location: Transport Management Centre - Goodwood 
Reports to: Operations Manager

Qualifications and Skills


  • Minimum Grade 12 

  • PSIRA Registration & Call Centre certificate will be advantageous 

  • MS Office

  • 3-5 years control room, CCTV, surveillance, or security monitoring experience 

  • Investigative skills 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Problem-solving skills 

  • Reporting skills 


Responsibilities:



  • Actively monitor and detect threats to sites within two (2) minutes of their occurrence via the various detection methods

  • Accurate logging and verification of all detected incidents

  • Dispatching of Security personnel as well as coordination with relevant response units during active inciden...
