Exciting opportunity to join a growing business based near Cirencester as a Systems Support Analyst offering up to £35,000 plus excellent benefits (including hybrid working).

The role

As Systems Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • delivering day-to-day support for key business applications
  • monitoring system performance and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • root causes analysis and implementing service improvements
  • providing expertise across systems and processes to stakeholders across the business
  • assisting with testing, upgrades and ongoing change activities
