Our client is looking for a Systems Solution Analyst who thrives on logic, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of making technical experiences cleaner and faster. You'll be the architect behind the scenes, supporting and improving the technology that powers client contact experiences, from IVR and bots to AWS Connect configurations.
The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone who wants to grow into a true Subject Matter Expert. You won't be tucked away in a basement; you will work directly with clients and internal partners to ensure their systems are seamless. You will also serve as the direct backup to the Senior Systems Administrator, ensuring technical continuity across the board.
