Responsibilities:
- Perform administration support for the various network monitoring systems and our automated services, to remediate issues within the applications/services;
- Partner with support teams to ensure the proper monitoring of systems;
- Perform vendor engagement activities to work in collaboration with vendor support to resolve application issues;
- Lead in assigned projects and work efforts;
- Own the ticket flow administration activities for assigning team resources to new ticket requests and to stay on top of the status of ticket work to prevent past due tickets;
- Assist the team with opening and moving changes through the approval process;
- Perform vulnerability remediations;
- Create technical documentation of solutions;
