Responsibilities:

  • Perform administration support for the various network monitoring systems and our automated services, to remediate issues within the applications/services;
  • Partner with support teams to ensure the proper monitoring of systems;
  • Perform vendor engagement activities to work in collaboration with vendor support to resolve application issues;
  • Lead in assigned projects and work efforts;
  • Own the ticket flow administration activities for assigning team resources to new ticket requests and to stay on top of the status of ticket work to prevent past due tickets;
  • Assist the team with opening and moving changes through the approval process;
  • Perform vulnerability remediations;
  • Create technical documentation of solutions;
  • Maintain Service Now Dashboards for ticket status reviews;
