Main purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the patching and vulnerability management of all Infra environments across data centres

Key accountabilities and duties:

To perform patching using the Tools (Bigfix, SCCM, Netbot) or any other tool customer may have with SOP based approach.

To escalate on all major patching and vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams where appropriate.
