Systems Operator – CAD (Full-time, Permanent)

Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint drawing archive; file vendor drawings, ensure SharePoint metadata is up to date, add “As Constructed” mark‑ups to drawings, manage version control, and control access to preserve archive integrity.
• Maintain the legacy CAD Operator private drawing archive; file vendor drawings, ensure the excel metadata is up to date, add “As Constructed” mark‑ups to drawings, manage version control, and control access to preserve archive integrity.
• Maintain drawing lists and Functional Location registers, preserve the legacy paper drawing archive, and scan/digital archive of paper drawings.
• Assist co‑workers with finding drawings in the SharePoint drawing archive.
• Convert MicroStation drawings to AutoCad.
• Ensure “As Constructed” mark‑ups to process, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation DWG drawings.
