A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Systems Operations Engineer (Pega SRE).


Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension

Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (Hybrid)



As a Systems Operations Engineer (Pega SRE), you will:

  • Provide hands-on production support for Pega Smart Investigate and PFIX environments
  • Ensure high availability, stability, and resilience of platform services
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
  • Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
  • Drive automation and reduce manual operational effort (toil)
  • Define and implement SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
  • Partner with development, platform, and operations teams to enable reliable deployments
