Description
RDTS is in need of a cleared Systems Engineer with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Exchange environment to support the U.S. Dept of Treasury in Washington, D.C. This position is full-time and 100% on-site. Qualified candidate will undergo an extensive federal background/clearance check.
Tasks:
+ Create and maintain knowledge base, configuration, and support documentation;
+ Create documentation, diagrams, and flowcharts detailing automation and orchestration processes;
+ Deliver cross-training to staff on specialized technology products;
+ Provide input to various daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as needed.
