Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting and updating business processes across operations, IT, documentation, training, and other areas under the guidance of the Supervisor.
  • Assist the Audit and Compliance team in ISO-related activities (e.g., documentation, compliance monitoring, process validation).
  • Support data gathering and preparation of reports to be used in process reviews and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in defining and documenting current business processes; assist in updating records for continual improvement.
  • Help monitor and Maintain inventory of Support and Core Systems of the Company.
  • Monitor incident and service desk tickets across departments to identify recurring issues, ensure process adherence, and support root cause analysis.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
