The Levels
We are looking for candidates to fill the following distinct tiers based on experience:
Core Responsibilities (All Tiers) Service Excellence: Maintain high-quality service delivery with a target of 90% ticket timeliness and strict adherence to 98% SLA on response and resolution times.
