The Levels

We are looking for candidates to fill the following distinct tiers based on experience:

• Tier 2 Systems Engineer:
   5–10 Years Experience
• Tier 3 Systems Engineer:
   10+ Years Experience

Core Responsibilities (Both Tiers)

While the complexity of work scales with your tier, all Systems Engineers at IPT focus on the following key performance areas:

• Service Excellence:
   Maintain high-quality service delivery with a target of 
  90% ticket timeliness
   and strict adherence to 
  98% SLA
   on response and resolution times.
