Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in a leadership role, with a focus on infrastructure and hosting operations.Strong technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS) and services, with hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure. (2-3 years)Service Delivery Management Experience (service level management driving problem management and operational efficiencies)Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams /enterprise stakeholder managementStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.Nice to have
Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Automation Background
