+ The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Client campus in Santa Rosa, CA provides high-precision manufacturing solutions that enable the capabilities of Client industry leading electronic measurement equipment.
+ This role is a hands on technical leader who partners closely with Operations, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, and Business IT/OT to translate business demand into measurable improvements in throughput, cycle time, delivery predictability, metrics development, and cost
+ Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement across a multi-site precision manufacturing network, identifying waste and improving process capability on the shop floor
