Our client is looking for an Systems Engineer to support mission critical business application solutions in a Windows environment.
Long-term contract opportunity starting off as an initial 1-year term. Hybrid on-site in Ottawa, ON (3 days/week).
As the successful candidate, you will be supporting a team working on a highly integrated tactical system comprised of communication systems such as radios and telephony, core networking systems that connect intelligence and surveillance assets, battle management systems that enable streamlined operations, and information management systems that process large amounts and types of data. As a key member of the Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and overarching design of this complex System-of-Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients in the defense sector to elicit and define operational requirements and desired capabilities.
