Systems Engineer

About You: You're a calm, methodical problem-solver who loves keeping people productive and systems secure. You document as you go, automate repetitive work, and communicate clearly with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike. You're hands-on with Microsoft 365/Entra, Intune, and UniFi, and you take pride in clean baselines, reliable Wi-Fi/VPN, and fast incident recovery.
Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO integrations.
• Own endpoint management with Intune/Autopilot for Windows and macOS (enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, app lifecycle, BitLocker/FileVault).
• Operate and optimize UniFi Dream Machine firewall, UniFi switches/APs (VLANs, guest Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS), including config backups and firmware policy.
