You will be the Configuration Management Engineer for the Product Configuration & Change Management team. Our team safeguards product baselines, drives engineering change execution, and delivers accurate configuration data across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain partners.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Configuration Management Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing design modifications, authorizing change orders, and maintaining configuration status accounting throughout the product lifecycle. You’ll act as the central liaison that ensures every hardware and software build reflects the latest approved engineering baseline.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Analyze proposed product design changes and assess impact on system baselines.
•Create, track, and close modification records and change orders for both internal teams and subcontractors.
