Responsibilities
RequirementsSystem and sub-system requirement identification should seek to link common requirements across PP&E projects via a requirements management tool, for example, DOORS. Requirements should be grouped as either Standard (or Common) Requirement or Project Specific (non-Common) Requirement. This to reduce duplication of requirement for each project and to provide a mechanism to measure and manage PP&E ‘standardisation’ (commonality) across the live projects.Engaging with end users to clarify and validate requirements through the design phase.Confirming that the proposed design meets user needs.Facilitating stakeholder workshops.Managing requirements using DOORS.System ConceptsDue to specific needs of each project, it is highly likely that projects working independently to each other will select different system solutions.The Technical Leads are responsible for ensuring any concept down select considers opportunities for single, s...
