Systems Engineer (Permanent WFH | 4-Day Work Week | Day Shift)

Location: Remote – Philippines

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM PH Time | 4-day compressed work week

Workdays: Thursdays to Sundays

During the training period, candidates must work during the evening shift.

About the Role

This role is designed for 
systems-level IT professionals
 who have progressed beyond basic helpdesk support and are comfortable troubleshooting across 
endpoints, cloud services, and core infrastructure
 in live U.S. client environments.

As a Systems Engineer at Safari Micro, you will support U.S.-based end users in live production environments. You'll be expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of issues from diagnosis through resolution.
