Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, install, administer and support data center systems, equipment, and applications to achieve optimum performance. These systems may include but are not limited to Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS, Exchange, as well as VMware, AS/400, and Linux servers.
Rack and install HP & Dell server hardware in the Data Centers.
Administer O365 Suite as well as Google Workspace Suite of products
Monitor appropriate System Backups, SAN/NAS health, AV Alerts, environmental appliances
Support Cloud Infrastructures Including but not limited to Microsoft Azure and AWS
Provide technical consultation and assistance to users, helpdesk and other technical users.
Review and evaluate technology solutions and recommend appropriate solutions.
Troubleshooting of network systems to determine cause(s) of failure and resolve problems.
Ability to design and integrate Data Security into all systems to ensure protection from inappropriate access and malware.
