Technical

  1. Installs, configures and troubleshoots any network appliance listed in the approved list of supported products.
  2. Provides accurate and reliable resolutions to problems of the client.
  3. Applies best practices in implementing and providing support and recommendation.

Shared Responsibilities

  1. Provides support for clients under 24x7 MA.
  2. Provides tests and evaluates new products.
  3. Assists other engineers in providing solutions that involves enterprise application support solution.

Reports

  1. Reports to team leader/project leader of his/her day to day activity.

  2. Compiles and submits accomplishment reports to team leader.

  3. Documents processes and system configuration.

  4. Coordinates problems encountered in the system to team leader and other departments to ensure smooth flow of service.
