Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for planning, monitoring, documentation and reporting to ensure service levels and contractual performance indicators are achieved. Must be reliable, have strong communications skills and contribute positively to the team. Work with service providers or contractors to coordinate the provision of these services. Tasked with developing new ways to deliver services with the organization including identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, or otherwise optimize how services are delivered.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Providing on site training to clients on how to use technology tools effectively.
2. Conducting assessments of client needs in order to determine appropriate services.
3. Communicating with clients regularly to ensure that they satisfied with their experience with the agency.
