Systems Engineer - Linux

Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional in the field of Linux server and client engineering with at least five years of professional experience working with common distributions such as Ubuntu and Debian. In addition to the focus on Linux, the role also includes secondary responsibility in Windows Developer Client Support (e.g., Chocolatey for Business, application packing, scripting, etc.). Ideally, the person will also have experience in software development—both to better understand the needs of our developers and to actively contribute to technical exchanges. At the same time, they should have a good understanding of modern infrastructure technologies such as VMware or backup systems. The role also requires in-depth knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Go) as well as experience with DevOps methods and tools.
