Job Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Darwin on a permanent basis to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems.
Key responsibilities will include technology implementations, service and project requests, Severity 2 and 3 Incident response and rectification.
Previous Experience Required
- Windows Server and Desktop OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud), Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft Azure & Intune.
- VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies.
- Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software.
- SAN technologies for storage design, implementation, or administration.
- Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices.
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
