About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to act as a key escalation point as well as delivering projects. You'll ensure the stability, security and performance of client environments while delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions.

This role is hands-on across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Hybrid environments and Entra ID, combining deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement and service discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical presales support across Azure, M365, Intune and Hybrid environments, as well as network solutions
  • Contribute to technical design, deliver project tasks and independently deliver smaller projects
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex issues by supporting tickets, major incidents, problem and change management
  • Support Service Delivery processes and continuous improvement
