Systems Engineer

The Role

This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously improving hybrid ICT environments across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems.

You will operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as a technical SME, leading infrastructure projects, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.

The Role As an ICT Network Systems Engineer, you will:

• Provide advanced Level 2/3 support for escalated infrastructure and systems issues
• Design, implement, and optimise hybrid environments across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem infrastructure
• Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and system improvements
