Job Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer who can maintain and enhance our existing production-based computer systems and automation systems. You will also be responsible for engaging in research and development of emerging measurements, control, communications, databases and related technologies for integration within business production systems. You will be working between the electrical team and the IT department, based out of Newcastle.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the systems related to the machines running, and design the systems if anything needs to be upgraded

  • Look after our existing production-based computer systems and make sure everything is running smoothly, fix issues when they happen, and improve systems over time

  • Provide support with an on-call troubleshooting/ break down service ensuring uninterrupted production processes
