Our client a in the manufacturing space seeks to recruit an experienced Systems and Compliance Manager.
Job purpose: To maintain and improve our quality management systems across production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as the ISO 22000 FSSC system for food packaging.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and other relevant industry standards.
Lead and manage all quality control (QC) procedures on the production floor.
Work closely with production, design, and customer service teams to reduce product defects and improve process reliability.
Conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train staff on quality standards, inspection methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
