Systems Architect III

The Systems Architect III will be responsible for modernizing legacy BI and data platforms by leading migrations from on-premise SQL Server ecosystems to cloud-native Microsoft analytics solutions. This role focuses on Power BI development, SSRS/SSAS modernization, and building scalable data engineering pipelines using Azure and Microsoft Fabric technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in BI reporting, data engineering, and large‑scale migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy SSRS (Paginated Reports) to modern Power BI dashboards
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports using DAX and Power Query
• Optimize report performance and enable efficient export of large datasets
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• Query, transform, and validate data throughout the migration lifecycle
