Our Store Operations Group (SOG) is looking for a Systems & Applications Associate to join us in Makati.

In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of user acceptance testing, consolidate testing results, create user guides and training materials, and assist the SOG Help Desk in addressing production issues raised by the Stores. You will also help recommend system and application improvements to enhance store operations and customer service.
