Job Description

Key requirements:

  • Working collaboratively with Database Administration and Network Administration members as needed
  • Working collaboratively with Cyber Security and Infrastructure Architect team members
  • Responding to abnormal server/system states and returning to normal operation
  • Ensuring sufficient capacity for systems to perform to functional requirements
  • Proactively administering servers to ensure reliable operation during business hours
  • Supporting processes and procedures that maintain Disaster Readiness (dedicated DR site)
  • Performing vulnerability management activities (patching)
  • Assisting with the platform and server upgrade programme
  • Supporting team-level scripts and processes written in PowerShell
  • Maintaining Infrastructure-oriented documentation as needed
