Role Overview:
System One IT has a 12-month+ contract opening for a Systems Analyst with marketing decisioning and analytics experience, in support of a leading financial services customer, to develop and execute targeted strategies and marketing campaigns across channels enabled by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Build, launch, and optimize Next Best Action campaigns across inbound and outbound channels through member profiling, experimentation, and performance analysis. The role owns the day-to-day campaign operations lifecycle—from requirements and approvals through QA/testing, deployment, and post launch monitoring and issue resolution.
