Job Description

  • Review project plans to coordinate and plan project activities.
  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs, system requirements, and resolve problems.
  • Assist in the development of new and existing management information systems by implementing new IT procedures and software.
  • Collaborate with the MIS Head to develop standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and update MIS projects, providing regular status reports to management.
  • Document, track, and monitor work orders to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Work with the MIS team to prioritize tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in IT meetings and take minutes of the meeting
