Position Summary
The role is based in our Malaysia office and will report to the Director, Enterprise Applications. It will involve providing BAU support to end user in Yardi Voyager across multiple regions. The role will act as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources. There will also be a component to the role providing process and technical expertise with ongoing Group Technology optimisation projects.
Key Accountabilities - Including But Not Limit To
Supporting and maintaining business systems including user management, queries, application support, etc.
Eliciting and documenting requirements from business stakeholders while acting as the main interface between the business teams and the relevant technical resources
Developing functional/technical requirements e.g., acceptance criteria
Coordinating testing to determine effectiveness of solution
Prepare documentation and train resources for end users of the system
