  • Monitors, restores service, and manages day‑to‑day activities 24/7/365 to run mission‑critical systems.
  • Monitors and ensures service restoration for infrastructure, applications (online and offline), and security while meeting service level agreements.
  • Provides help/service desk support, coordinates and facilitates incident management, deploys changes to the production environment, and engages third‑party providers during incidents.
