Position Overview
The Candidate creates and maintains the databases for Clarity and Caboodle (module), to support Business Intelligence Developers (BIDs) to create analytics content based on specifications created by Cogito business analysts.
In order to support BIDs, it requires a deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use.
Role & Responsibilities
The Candidate creates and maintains the databases for Clarity and Caboodle (module), to support Business Intelligence Developers (BIDs) to create analytics content based on specifications created by Cogito business analysts.
In order to support BIDs, it requires a deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configuring and maintaining the Cogito databases according to the environment strategy
- Engaging in capacity planning exercises to ensure adequate system resources
- Monitoring database size and health
- Creating and managing plans for maintaining statistics and indexes
- Understanding performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues
- Following vendor and Epic best practices for hardware and so
