Job Summary

The systems analyst is responsible for monitoring and screening email alerts. Quantifying and providing a detailed analysis of the types of alerts received. Identifying those that need immediate attention and escalating the identified issue to the appropriate person or department.

  • Effective communication skills 
  • A high level of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to work autonomously are critical.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
