Systems Analyst and Integration

Role description

About the Role:

• Works with users and business analyst to define system requirements and analyze system problems. May be responsible for designing and testing standards and solutions. When possible, able to do technical work.
• Must have good understanding of the Consultant Management System (CMS)
• Works with the business analyst and CMS project team to develop application enhancements meeting the business requirements
• Works with ITD project teams to design and implement all integration points with CMS
• Documents information/data and/or process flows
• Follows client's integration principles
• Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes
• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with development team
